Welcome to Suzie’s Rolling Wrappers, a food concession trailer that makes gourmet Fried Wrappers along with many other delicious items.  What is a Fried Wrapper you ask…. well it is an Americanized Eggroll.  We took your favorites and wrapped them up in an eggroll wrapper and then we fry them to perfection!  Check out our Menu page to see some of our awesome choices!

Suzie’s is now offering Organic Hawaiian Shave Ice.  Shave Ice is a popular treat that originated in Hawaii by taking a block of ice and shaving it so that it comes out looking like snow.  Shave Ice is very different from a Snow Cone or Italian Ice – the texture is very different.  We use only the finest syrups that have no artificial flavoring or coloring.   You will taste the difference!
